SSA Resource Bank — Subscription Agreement

Welcome to the SSA Subscription Resource Hub. Please read the following conditions of use before accessing the platform.

Use of Resources

Your subscription provides you with licensed access to SSA resources, tools and templates for your own school professional use. Access does not transfer ownership of these materials.

Intellectual Property

All content within the SSA subscription platform is the intellectual property of SSA. Resources may not be copied, redistributed, sold, or shared outside your authorised use without written permission.

Account Access

Your subscription login is for your school use and must not be shared outside of your school. Access to resources does not remain open to individuals if they move to another school.

Appropriate Use

Subscribers are expected to use SSA materials ethically and professionally. Misuse of materials or the platform may result in suspension of access.

Subscription Access

Your access to SSA resources is active for the duration of your subscription period. If a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to the resource library will cease.

Updates to Resources

SSA will update, add or modify resources over time to maintain the quality and relevance of the platform.

Professional Responsibility

SSA resources are designed to support the professional practice of schools engaging with SSA professional learning and consulting. Users remain responsible for how they apply the materials in their own settings.

Restricted Use of Materials

SSA subscription materials are provided for professional use by the authorised subscriber only. Materials may not be:

• redistributed or uploaded to shared drives accessible by non-subscribers
• resold or incorporated into commercial products or training
• uploaded to artificial intelligence tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, EduChat etc, content libraries, or public platforms for redistribution

Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of subscription access.

Subscriber Confirmation

SSA resources are licensed for use by authorised subscribers only and are not permitted to be redistributed or shared outside your subscription. Before accessing the SSA Subscription Platform, please confirm the following:

• I understand that my subscription provides licensed access to SSA resources, not ownership of the materials.
• I will not share my login details or allow unauthorised users to access the platform using my account.
• I will not reproduce, distribute, or share SSA materials outside my authorised professional use.
• I understand that all SSA resources must retain SSA attribution and branding.
• I understand that SSA materials must not be uploaded to shared drives accessible by non-subscribers, incorporated into commercial products or training, or uploaded to artificial intelligence tools, content libraries, or public platforms.
• I understand that access to the resource library ends if my subscription expires or is cancelled.
• I understand that misuse of the platform or breach of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of my subscription access.
• I confirm that I have read and agree to the SSA Subscription Access Agreement.
